Many situations may lead to the need for surrendering your dog. We are completely foster-based therefore have only limited homes available for new dogs. Unfortunately, many dobermans wind up in shelters where their dispositions do not do well in that environment. Their increased stress levels lead to lack of appetite, increased kennel aggression and deterioration in health which all lead to an less likely chance of being adopted. We try to pull dobermans in shelters as soon as possible to decrease this stress level. We also pull sheltered dogs to decrease the likely hood of them falling into undesirable hands.
Please fill out the enclosed owner surrender form and we will place them on a waiting list. We will contact you as foster homes become available. Please keep us updated on any new status of your dog needing to come into rescue.
